JOB Court Deputy/Bailiff is a sworn law enforcement officer (Deputy Sheriff) of the Merrimack County Sheriff's Office and is responsible for maintaining law and order in all assigned courts, under mandate of the Sheriff, and in accordance with guidelines set forth by the State of New Hampshire.
