We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist who is compassionate, driven, and eager to grow within a mission-driven company. What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and emails from veterinary clinics and pet families with professionalism and empathy
- Guide families through aftercare options and explain our services clearly and compassionately
- Coordinate service requests, transportation logistics, and cremation scheduling
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in our internal systems
- Communicate with veterinary clinics to ensure seamless service and follow-up
- Support administrative tasks related to pet memorial products and service fulfillment
- Help create a positive, respectful experience for every family we serve
