Job Title : Payroll Intern

Location: Anderson, SC
Responsibilities :
Help maintain and update payroll records in HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, ADP)
Participate in audits and data cleanup projects
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on cross-functional tasks
Assist in reconciling payroll-related accounts and benefits contributions
Reconcile payroll data
Create and maintain Excel reports and ensure data accuracy
Consolidate, analyze, and update monthly reports
Process smaller payrolls
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
