Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status
- Support residents with medication administration following prescribed protocols and safety guidelines
- Operate manual handling techniques safely during resident transfers and heavy lifting tasks to prevent injury
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal consumption while respecting dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through routine cleaning and sanitation tasks in compliance with health standards
- Document care activities accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and communicate effectively with team members and families
- Implement behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs and support residents’ emotional well-being
- Follow all safety procedures including first aid, CPR certification requirements, and safe patient lifting practices
Experience
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other cognitive impairments

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
