Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $19.75 - $19.75 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Compliance Checker:
- Drive along a predesignated route, visit specific convenience stores and pose as a customer to verify if the cashiers are carding for restricted products such as tobacco and alcohol.
- Record findings on a paper route sheet.
- Complete the route within the same day before the stores close.
- Report the route results over the phone after the route has been completed.
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends
Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Must be in an age range where businesses will ask for identification to prove legal age for purchasing alcohol and tobacco items to ensure compliance
- Have a valid state issued identification card or license
- Reliable transportation
- Cell phone with texting and picture taking capabilities
- Have the ability to follow both written and oral instructions
- Be able to read, write and speak English
- Background check required
