Some of the responsibilities include:
- Grounds maintenance.
- Install appliances, facets, dishwashers, refrigerators
- Electrical repair; switches, outlets, light fixtures, camera replacement, and reporting major electrical issues.
- Seasonal maintenance, pool care, snow removal, walkway and stair way safety, leaf removal, and pest control.
- Work with renovation crews and third parties in project completions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Preferred HVAC certification
- 3 - 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Monday - Fridays, weekends, with 8 hours shifts and rotating on-call weekends.
- Drive between two locations
