About the Position
Cedar Fort Publishing & Media is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage our online bookstore.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with online retail platforms, managing detailed product information, and coordinating projects from beginning to completion. This position will primarily oversee Shopify and Amazon product listings. The Specialist will also support our Digital Marketing Team as needed with SEO, paid advertising, website improvements, and other marketing initiatives.
We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new systems, solving problems, and keeping multiple projects organized. Publishing or e-commerce experience is helpful, but we are open to candidates with strong digital skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Work with various programs to maintain product listings in Shopify and Amazon
- Schedule and manage discounts, promotions, coupon codes, and other online offers
- Help organize and improve product collections on the company website
- Upload files and metadata to digital distribution platforms
- Communicate with internal team members, authors, narrators, and outside vendors as needed
- Support the Digital Marketing Team with keyword research and SEO improvements
- Assist with paid advertising campaigns, website updates, landing pages and other projects as the team requires
- Help identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and increase online sales
- Complete other e-commerce, publishing, and digital marketing projects as assigned

- Basic understanding of e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with product descriptions, metadata, keywords, and online search behavior
- Good judgment when handling pricing, promotions, product information, and public-facing content
- Reliable follow-through and a commitment to accuracy
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas is helpful but not required:
- Shopify
- Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central
- Search engine optimization
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Advertising
- Website design or content management
- Excel or Google Sheets
Pay: $18.00 per hour
