Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Medical Office Cleaner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within medical office settings. Your efforts will ensure that healthcare environments meet strict cleanliness standards, supporting the health and well-being of staff and visitors alike.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- One weekend cleaning each week (anytime after 2:00 PM Saturday through Sunday evening)
- Evening hours
Pay
- $1,100 per month
- Paid weekly
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial cleaning experience
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize exam rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Maintain a professional appearance of the facility
- Follow medical facility cleaning protocols
- Report maintenance concerns when observed

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of medical office spaces, including patient areas, examination rooms, restrooms, and common areas
- Handle chemical agents safely while cleaning and disinfecting surfaces to meet health regulations
- Use janitorial equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums to maintain floors and carpets in pristine condition
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks following safe lifting practices when moving furniture or cleaning equipment
- Maintain proper custodial procedures during industrial cleaning tasks, including waste disposal and sanitation protocols
- Execute floor care routines such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing to preserve flooring quality
- Follow established procedures for facilities maintenance, ensuring all cleaning tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work, especially within healthcare or medical environments
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling with an emphasis on safety standards
- Skilled in using floor buffers, polishers, and other custodial equipment for effective floor care
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting with safe practices in mind
- Experience with industrial cleaning techniques and facilities maintenance routines
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for maintaining cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while adhering to safety protocols
