We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full Time Practical Teacher to join our dynamic educational team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on instruction across a variety of subjects, with a focus on practical application and experiential learning. Your enthusiasm for fostering student growth, combined with your expertise in curriculum implementation and classroom management, will inspire students to reach their full potential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students from diverse backgrounds, supporting their academic and personal development in a vibrant learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating innovative educational technology and instructional modifications to meet diverse learning styles. While following along with our extensive school protocols you will be fully trained in.
- We are looking for someone who is student-focused first and foremost. We are looking to bring someone in who can engage with them in some of the most important aspects of their training.
- Manage classroom responsibilities efficiently by maintaining discipline, behavior management, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere conducive to student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods to enhance overall educational quality.
- Communicate regularly with the administration on student struggles and needs to make sure we are always providing the best education possible.
- Assess student performance through standardized testing and formative assessments; provide academic advising and tutoring to support individual learning goals.
Skills

Social media influence: we need someone who can help with resumes and job leads, retail sales, and teaching sales is a must.
- Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 3:45 PM, all in person/hands-on
- Salary: Commensurate with experience, with a base starting at $30.

- Must have your Esthetics license for two years, in good standing.
- Paid, extensive training with all branches of the team, as well as hands-on in-classroom training, and your Dermalogica Certification.
