Looking for a full time (Mon-Fri) Front Office Assistant to join our cohesive and dynamic team located in beautiful San Luis Obispo! We prioritize creating a fun and positive atmosphere that makes Precision a great environment for both the patients and the therapists.
This position would include comprehensive training to assist the current front office staff in our San Luis Obispo location. Benefits provided after the first 90 days of employment for full-time employees.
Responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling patients and managing multiple therapist schedules
- Check in/check out
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic information
- Collecting payments and discussing balances with patients
- Office filing, inventory, and organization
The ideal candidate meets the following:
- Medical office experience (preferred, not required)
- Background knowledge in health insurance is a plus but not required
- Has a positive, friendly attitude, and is passionate about helping others
- High school diploma required, advanced degree in related field preferred
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Work Space, Zoom, and Mac products
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
- A can do/positive attitude to fit the current culture of our clinic
Schedule:
- Clinic is open Monday to Thursday 7AM to 7PM, and Friday's 7AM to 5PM. Assistant is expected to be able to work 8 hours, and have availability anytime between 7am-7pm.
