Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics.
-
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up action items.
-
Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for executives, investors, board members, customers, and strategic partners.
-
Anticipate the CEO’s needs, proactively identifying and solving problems before they become issues.
-
Track key initiatives, deadlines, and commitments to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
-
Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and special events.
-
Support Board of Directors meetings and investor communications.
-
Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
-
Lead special projects across multiple departments as the company continues to grow.
-
Help create systems and processes that improve organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
