We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Task Force Hotel General Manager to lead and manage two Hilton-branded properties in the Fort Lauderdale area. This dual role requires a highly motivated leader with a proven track record in hospitality management, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to drive performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring brand standards are met, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for two Hilton hotels, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
- Manage daily operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, sales, and maintenance departments.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement business plans to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop hotel management teams to achieve performance goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and analyze reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all properties meet safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Travel as required between the two hotel locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within Hilton or comparable hotel brands.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrated success in driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.
- Flexibility to travel frequently between hotel locations.
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PEP (Professional Experience Program) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
