Full-Time: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)

Superkids Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly organized Office Manager to lead our Rockville office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the top pediatric and orthodontic dental team in the DMV area.
We’re looking for a true leader—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and knows how to motivate a team while keeping day-to-day operations on point. Experience with Dentrix is strongly preferred, along with a strong understanding of the financial operations of a dental office.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Creating a welcoming, high-end experience for patients and families
Supporting a friendly, team-oriented workplace culture
Managing and responding to appointment inquiries (phone and online)
Scheduling patients efficiently and optimizing staff schedules
Handling insurance submissions, authorizations, and collections
Maintaining accurate records through Dentrix and other systems
Ensuring office workflow procedures are followed for top efficiency
Leading a team committed to excellent service and care
