Job Summary
Westfair Water Systems, the premier Water Treatment Company in Westchester County, NY is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role offers opportunities for professional development in sales strategies, customer engagement, and territory management. The Sales Representative will play a vital role in expanding our market presence through effective communication and strategic upselling techniques as well as developing new business opportunities independently.
Duties
- Engage with existing and prospective clients to promote our products and services
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of product pricing, features, and benefits
- Assist upper management with the development of coordinated sales strategies, market analysis and product development
- Provide value-added water quality presentations to potential customers and always represent Westfair Water in a professional manner
- Utilize strong customer service skills through company’s software (Service Titan) to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term relationships
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services during client interactions
- Follow-up with customers after the sale to enhance relationships and gain referrals within the community
- Organize daily schedules to optimize route efficiency and client coverage for self generating leads
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and new business opportunity strategies
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and sales techniques
- Proficiency in math for calculating quotes, discounts, and sales figures
- Ability to upsell effectively by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust
- Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse clients and team members
- Organizational skills to manage estimates and customer correspondence
- Background or experience in sales and self generating leads

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
