Veteran's Lawn Care is growing and looking for dependable Outdoor Laborers to join our landscaping team. If you enjoy physical work, take pride in a job well done, and like working outside instead of behind a desk, this could be the opportunity for you.
No landscaping experience? No problem. We provide training for individuals who are eager to learn and build long-term careers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with landscape installation projects for residential and commercial properties
- Spread mulch, install plants, shrubs, and sod
- Perform edging, trimming, pruning, and general landscape maintenance
- Move materials and equipment to and from job sites
- Operate hand tools and landscaping equipment safely
- Support crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Comfortable performing physically demanding outdoor work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Outdoor labor, landscaping, or construction experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
