About the Role
We are seeking a Fashion Stylist & Boutique Experience Specialist to join our retail team in Las Vegas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys fashion, customer service, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
The successful candidate will assist customers with styling recommendations, support daily boutique operations, and help maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with outfit selection and styling recommendations
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Maintain merchandise displays and sales floor presentation
- Organize, restock, and manage inventory
- Process sales transactions and returns
- Receive and unpack shipments
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with boutique events, promotions, and product launches
- Support social media and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion, styling, and retail sales
- Previous retail, boutique, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic technology
- Ability to lift and move merchandise when necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- Fashion styling experience
- Boutique or specialty retail experience
- Visual merchandising experience
- Social media experience including Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
