Position Summary
Assists with foundation repair, polyurethane injection, concrete leveling, waterproofing, crawl space repair, and structural stabilization projects on residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Works alongside an experienced crew to safely complete physically demanding construction work while learning foundation repair systems, polyurethane injection techniques, concrete leveling methods, waterproofing systems, and equipment operation.
Reports To: Foreman / Production Manager
Pay Type: $16.00–$19.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. until completion (occasional Saturdays and overnight travel may be required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist with foundation repair, polyurethane injection, concrete leveling, waterproofing, crawl space repair, excavation, and structural stabilization projects.
· Assist with polyurethane foam injection for concrete lifting, stabilization, and void filling.
· Assist with concrete leveling and slab lifting operations.
· Perform excavation, digging, lifting, and jobsite preparation.
· Assist with installation of push piers, helical piers, drainage systems, sump pumps, encapsulation systems, and waterproofing solutions.
· Work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and confined spaces.
· Operate hand tools, power tools, jackhammers, and assist with equipment setup and cleanup.
· Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
· Learn specialized foundation repair, polyurethane injection, and concrete leveling techniques from experienced crew members.
· Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
· Preference will be given to candidates with experience in polyurethane injection (poly foam injection).
· Concrete leveling or slab lifting experience.
· Foundation repair experience.
· Waterproofing or crawl space repair experience.
· General construction, masonry, excavation, or welding experience.
· Heavy equipment operation experience.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Required Qualifications
· Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
· Ability to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles.
· Authorized to work in the United States.
· Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
Physical Requirements
· Lift and carry 75–100+ pounds repeatedly.
· Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, digging, and lifting.
· Work in crawl spaces, basements, trenches, and confined areas.
· Work in all weather conditions.
· Safely operate power tools and construction equipment.
· Stand, walk, and work on uneven terrain for extended periods.
Additional Notes
This is an entry-level position with hands-on training provided by experienced crew members. Candidates with polyurethane injection or concrete leveling experience are encouraged to apply and will receive preference during the hiring process.
