Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive supervision and care for children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and early learning concepts.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including administering first aid when necessary and maintaining a secure environment.
- Support children’s emotional well-being through positive behavior management, encouragement, and nurturing interactions.
- Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices in accordance with best practices in daycare and childcare settings.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that arise during care hours.
- Maintain classroom organization, manage behavior effectively, and foster an inclusive environment that respects each child's unique needs.
Requirements
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques.
- Communication skills to collaborate with parents, and children confidently.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as standing for extended periods and assisting with active children.
- A caring attitude combined with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
