American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Kidney Transplant Clinic position in Boston, MA, requiring strong ambulatory nursing experience and an active MA RN license.

Ambulatory specialty clinic setting focused on kidney transplant care

Cares for both pre- and post-transplant patient populations with complex medical needs
-
Monday–Friday schedule with variable shifts between 7:30am–5pm
-
36 hours per week

No major holidays or weekends required

Epic EMR experience preferred
-
13-week contract

Active MA RN license required
-
BLS certification required
-
Minimum 3+ years of transplant coordinator experience preferred; strong ambulatory nursing experience required

Experience coordinating pre- and post-transplant care, reviewing labs, patient education, triage, and multidisciplinary coordination

Experience managing medically complex patients

Kidney transplant population experience preferred

Must pass the Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test (A or B) prior to consideration

Two professional references required: at least one must be from a manager-level or above (not a supervisor), one must be within the past 12 months and the other within 3 years, and references must include a performance evaluation

Responsibilities include patient screening, coordination of testing and appointments, medication management, multidisciplinary communication, patient education, and ongoing clinical follow-up

The Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Test may only be taken twice
