The Grateful Gnome Sandwich Shoppe & Brewery is a Brewpub (NJ-style deli and small batch brewery) in the Berkeley Highlands of NW Denver. We are open 11-9 Sun-Thur (Kitchen closed at 8), 11-10 Fri & Sat (kitchen closed at 9), and we are closed on Tuesdays. We feature 61 sandwiches (hot and cold), soups, salads, sides, 12 beers on tap brewed in-house, a full lineup of wine/spirits, and weekly live music. We are closed on major holidays.
We are looking to add a FULL TIME Line Cook/Deli Sandwich Artist to our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, reliable, trustworthy, has open availability, team-player, polite, personable, is a great communicator, and has verifiable experience in a high-volume deli and/or kitchen. Daily work involves using a slicer, flattop grill, fryer, oven, steam table, following recipes, salamander, and knife work... you MUST be comfortable doing said tasks.
Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
