The purpose of this position is to coordinate projects, both renovation and new construction from the initiation stage through planning, design, and construction with all involved agencies; assists Facilities Management Construction Project Manager in monitoring project scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations, project request submissions; schedules and organizes meetings, communicates project status by preparing standard status reports, and by paticipating in project status update meetings, maintains project records and administration of project management system. This position requires both in office and field work at project sites.
This position reviews, edits, and provides recommendations on Project and Team budgets.
Provides project resource allocation based on pre-approved resources on organizational projects and quality assurance projects.

Incumbents in this position are exposed to mechanical hazards, chemical hazards, electrical hazards, extreme temperature, extreme weather conditions, wetness and humidity.
PROTECTIVE GEAR & SAFETY MANUALS
Incumbents in this position are required to constantly follow written safety procedures and manuals relevant to the division or department. This position may require the use of personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection device, hard hat, reflective safety vest and safety goggles.
