We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and faith-driven Daycare Director to lead our childcare and preschool program. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who is committed to excellence in early childhood education while integrating Christian values into daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the childcare and preschool program
- Ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations and safety standards
- Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff
- Develop and maintain a Christ-centered curriculum and environment
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Manage enrollment, staffing, and administrative duties
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and spiritually enriching environment for children
Qualifications:
- Minimum [Associate’s/Bachelor’s] degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Director certification (or ability to obtain, per state requirements)
- 2+ years of leadership experience in a childcare or preschool setting
- Strong knowledge of state licensing regulations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and ability to model Christian values
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a faith-based childcare or preschool setting
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Strong team-building and conflict-resolution skills
