BMW of Bridgewater is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail oriented Sales Porter to join our Sales Department. The Sales Porter plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance of our dealership and ensuring our vehicle inventory is presented to the highest BMW standards. This position is responsible for organizing the sales lot, preparing vehicles for display and delivery, and providing logistical support to the Sales Team to create an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and organization of all new and Pre-Owned vehicle inventory.
- Move, park, and arrange vehicles throughout the sales lot and showroom to meet dealership display standards.
- Assist with customer vehicle deliveries by staging, fueling, and preparing vehicles for pickup.
- Transport vehicles between dealership locations, storage facilities, detail departments, body shops, and vendor locations as needed.
- Install and maintain window stickers, buyer guides, pricing information, and promotional materials on all inventory.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly parked, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Perform regular inspections of inventory and report any vehicle damage, low fuel levels, dead batteries, or maintenance concerns.
- Keep the sales lot, showroom, sidewalks, and display areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Assist with snow removal, lot maintenance, and weather related vehicle preparation when necessary.
- Greet customers courteously and direct them to the appropriate sales associate when needed.
- Support the Sales Department with miscellaneous errands and operational tasks.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales Management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
- Frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and reach as required.

Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 3PM - 7PM
- Saturday: 9AM - 5PM
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
