· Total menu knowledge
· Ensure order accuracy and quality
· Work in an efficient and quick manner
· Ensure total restaurant cleanliness

Crew Member Qualifications and Skills
· Able to learn menu with perfection
· Able to lift 30+ pounds
· Able to work on your feet for several hours
· Move quickly and think fast
· Stay active and busy
