Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable painter with experience in both interior and exterior residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting
- Prepare surfaces (pressure washing, sanding, caulking, taping, patching, etc.)
- Apply paint and finishes with brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Assist in training helpers and maintaining company standards
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional painting experience required
- Strong knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques
- Ability to identify surface conditions and proper prep methods
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Punctual, professional, and team-oriented
