Join one of Manhattan’s premier event venues! We’re seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer to oversee facility operations, maintain building systems, and lead a skilled engineering team in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage engineering staff
- Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water systems
- Troubleshoot systems, recommend improvements, and ensure NYC code compliance
- Develop preventive maintenance programs
- Support event operations and public assembly readiness
- Conduct safety inspections, maintain logs, and assist with fire and life safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in building/facilities engineering with HVAC focus
- NYC certifications (Q-01, P-99, S-95, S-12, S-13; F-89 preferred)
- Associate degree preferred
- Strong hands-on problem-solving skills and ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and navigate confined spaces

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
