Overview:
Creates and conducts technical training programs on the application, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems and related technologies. The portfolio of programs designed for students will include a combination of in-person and online formats. This position includes leading the design of the programs, delivering lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises. Instructs classes on system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting while maintaining best-in-class training for safety during new construction, renovations, and service calls. Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' progress. Manages all activities related to plumbing training programs across the Training Center's portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance training programs focused on plumbing systems, codes, and practices.
Conduct technical training courses on plumbing installations and service.
Maintain and update curriculum and course content to reflect the latest industry standards.
Ensure the availability and readiness of training materials, tools, and software for scheduled courses.
Deliver instruction with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance with plumbing codes, and real-world skills.
Evaluate trainee performance through exams, practical assessments, and written reports.
