We are searching for hardworking and energetic people to lead our team of movers. It will be your responsibility to make sure every customer has a great experience and a smooth move. This means having great leadership skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills. For those with little or no experience, we will train the right candidate. Pay is $22-$28 per hour (including tips.) Training typically takes up to 2 months. Pay during training $20 - $22 per hour (including tips.)
General Job Duties:
- Driving NON-CDL box trucks.
- Prep and protect furniture and fragile items.
- Lead your team to safely and efficiently move customer belongings.
- Oversee light disassembly and assembly of furniture.
- Provide great customer service.
