What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu standards and recipes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal service and efficient kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations
- Assist in creation of new dishes, planning and development, bringing innovative ideas to the table
- Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed
- Demonstrate excellent knife skills while preparing ingredients for various dishes
- Participate in private events as needed, showcasing your culinary talents beyond the normal restaurant menu.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a restaurant or catering environment
- Basic knife skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards
- Reliable Transportation
- Food Handlers Certification
