Student Success Advisor (Front Desk, Sales & Customer Service)

CADA Dance Studio is hiring a part-time Student Success Advisor (SSA) to join our award-winning, 5-star rated studio team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a professional environment, and enjoys customer service, sales, and helping families feel welcome.

Position Details
Job Type: Part-time, W-2.Pay: Competitive Pay based on experience, expertise, credentials, and performance. Hours: 16–22 hours/week
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 4:15–8:15 PM
- Must be available until 9:45 PM on trial nights
- Wednesday mornings (10:00 AM–1:00 PM) preferred but not required
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist students and families with warmth and professionalism
- Be the friendly face of CADA at the front desk
- Schedule and support trial classes and studio tours
- Follow our proven 11-Step Enrollment Process to help families register
- Answer questions in person, by phone, text, and email
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front office
- Assist teachers and students as needed
- Take photos/videos during classes or events when requested
- Use studio software to register students, update accounts, and send communication
Accountability & KPIs
This role contributes directly to studio success and works toward clear performance goals, including:
- Trial-to-registration conversion
- Positive parent experience and feedback
- Timely task completion and follow-through
- Strong student retention
You’ll be supported by documented systems and leadership, and success is recognized.

Requirements:
- Must use iPhone/Mac (Apple ecosystem required)
- Reliable smartphone with Slack and GroupMe
- Ability to learn studio software and follow systems accurately
Experience a Plus:
- Customer service or sales
- Front desk or administrative work
- CRM or studio software
- Social media/content support
