Position Summary
Lead one classroom of toddlers (ages 2–3) by creating a safe, nurturing, joyful, Christ-centered environment that promotes children's spiritual, social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Schedule
Full-Time
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Early childhood experience
- Florida DCF 45 Hours completed
Preferred:
- CDA Credential
- CPR/First Aid
- Experience leading a toddler classroom
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily classroom.
- Plan developmentally appropriate activities.
- Build strong relationships with families.
- Maintain licensing standards.
- Work closely with assistant teacher and administration.
- Model Christlike character daily.
