Gregory Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to support heavy civil and mission critical projects across multiple regions. This role is designed for someone who is ready to step up—whether you’re currently a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent looking to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role.
This is a travel-based position. Project locations will vary, and flexibility is essential. Candidates should be open to working across the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic based on project needs.

Lead day-to-day field operations across grading, utilities, concrete, and sitework scopes

Supervise crews and subcontractors to meet production, schedule, and quality goals

Coordinate equipment, materials, and site logistics

Partner with Project Managers to execute work plans and adjust as needed

Enforce safety standards and maintain OSHA compliance

Monitor job progress and proactively address field issues

Support crew development and maintain a strong, accountable jobsite culture

3–5+ years of heavy civil construction experience

Experience leading crews as a Foreman or similar role

Working knowledge of grading, utilities, paving, and concrete operations

Ability to read plans and understand sequencing of work

OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred)

Willingness to travel consistently and work in multiple regions
