Job Description
Savage Roofing & Industrial Construction is looking for highly motivated, self-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing and are looking for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers protect one of their biggest investments.
No roofing experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, product knowledge, and sales coaching during your first 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial roofing leads
- Door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood marketing
- Network with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and insurance agents
- Schedule roof inspections and customer appointments
- Conduct property inspections (training provided)
- Prepare and present roofing estimates
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Negotiate and close sales
- Maintain customer relationships throughout the project
- Meet weekly sales goals
- Represent Savage Roofing professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors and in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Smartphone and ability to use basic mobile apps
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
