Position: Concrete Supervisor
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Location: Job sites located in Southwestern PA, generally in and around Pittsburgh
Compensation: Highly competitive pay based on experience + full benefits package
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all concrete-related field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete construction practices, proven leadership skills, and the ability to read and interpret both structural and architectural drawings with precision.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily concrete operations including forming, pouring, and finishing.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution.
- Lead and manage concrete crews to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Plan equipment, manpower, and material needs for upcoming work.
- Monitor quality control during concrete placement and finishing.
- Ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures.
- Provide on-site problem-solving and technical guidance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in concrete construction supervision.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting site drawings, including structural and architectural plans.
- Experience with GPS layout equipment is strongly recommended.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute work effectively under deadlines.
- Working knowledge of concrete materials, placement techniques, and finish standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
