- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and add-on services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance the customer experience and dealership revenue.
- Collaborate with sales support teams to coordinate inventory management, vehicle availability, and marketing initiatives that attract new clients.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently across all channels.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales with a focus on high-end vehicles.
