Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining accuracy and efficiency while adhering to hotel policies
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries with courteous phone etiquette, and direct calls appropriately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve guest issues swiftly and effectively
- Assist with night audit processes, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, providing local information, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Train new team members on hotel management systems, customer service standards, and operational procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on front desk functions
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest relations and hospitality excellence
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
