We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Firearm Associate to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. As a Firearm Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, assisting customers, and maintaining an organized store environment.
Duties
- Customer Service: Greet customers, offer expert advice on firearms, and assist with purchases.
- Compliance: Verify identification, perform background checks, and strictly adhere to ATF and state laws.
- Operations: Manage inventory, stock shelves, and process transactions on Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Safety: Maintain a safe environment and follow strict handling protocols
Qualifications
- 21 Years of age and older.
- Knowledge: Strong familiarity with firearm types, safety, and operation.
- Background: Must pass a background check.
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and retail math calculations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
