We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage and trigger point therapy to address specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing pain management and occupational health.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, including client progress notes and treatment outcomes.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients about their treatment goals, comfort levels, and any concerns during sessions.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance service quality.
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification.
- Proven experience in patient service with a focus on customer satisfaction and personalized care.
- Hands-on experience performing deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced modalities.
- Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
- Prior work in med spa or occupational health settings is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of pain management strategies through therapeutic massage techniques.

Compensation Information
This is a part-time commission based role, paid on a per session basis.
Pay: $37.00 - $44.56 per hour
