Role Overview
As a Quality Specialist, you will be tasked with verifying that all processes, services, and products align with regulatory mandates and internal quality benchmarks. Your daily focus will involve auditing operations, inspecting workflows, and interpreting data to pinpoint trends while championing continuous improvement. By partnering with various departments, you will address defects, execute corrective actions, and manage compliance documentation. You will also be instrumental in managing root cause analysis reports, such as 8D and SCAR/CAR, to resolve non-conformance incidents and customer concerns. Ultimately, this position is vital to enhancing customer satisfaction, mitigating operational risks, and elevating organizational performance through effective change management.
Work Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Key Responsibilities-
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the organizational quality management system.

Conduct thorough inspections of manufacturing and service center processes to ensure they meet safety and quality benchmarks.

Manage the lifecycle of internal non-conformances and customer complaints, including all necessary reporting, to help improve overall service reliability.

Oversee the organization and maintenance of essential quality documentation and reporting logs.

Provide site management with detailed reports regarding safety concerns to help maintain a secure workplace.

Adhere strictly to all established safety protocols, personal protective equipment mandates, and operational guidelines.

Ensure your workspace remains tidy and orderly to promote a safe environment for the entire team.

Operate effectively both as an individual contributor and as a cooperative member of the wider team.

Complete various additional tasks as needed to support operational goals.
Required Qualifications-
High school diploma or its equivalent.

Legal authorization to work within the United States.

Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.

Previous experience working in a Quality Control capacity.

Solid computer skills.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Capability to interpret documentation, labels, and written work instructions accurately.

Physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs. and operate material handling equipment like pallet jacks to support warehouse efficiency.

Capacity to analyze and interpret technical documents or customer-provided specifications.
