We are currently seeking a friendly and reliable Courtesy Driver to join our team. As a Courtesy Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely transporting customers to and from our dealership or service center, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
Responsibilities:

Safely operate company vehicles to transport customers to and from designated locations, such as their home, workplace, or public transportation hubs.

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing assistance with loading and unloading their belongings.

Follow assigned routes and schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable environment for passengers.

Perform regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.

Communicate with the service and sales departments to coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs.

Provide general information and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns as needed.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, confidentiality, and customer service.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience.

Familiarity with local roads, traffic patterns, and directions.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.

Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.

3 Days a week. Tuesday-Thursday 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Previous experience as a professional driver or in a customer service role is an asset.
