ParkM is a fast-growing technology company transforming parking management for apartment communities. We help multifamily properties replace outdated parking systems with modern, revenue-generating technology solutions and we’re expanding our Houston market.
We are looking for a high-performing Territory Sales Representative with experience in multifamily, apartment industry, vendor, or B2B field sales. This is a true outside sales role for someone who enjoys being on the road, prospecting daily, and developing a territory through in-person relationship building.
If you prefer sitting behind a desk all day, this is not the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow a designated Houston territory through daily in-person prospecting
- Cold call apartment communities, property management groups, and decision-makers
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and presentations
- Build strong relationships with property managers, regional managers, and multifamily operators
- Generate and manage your own sales pipeline through field activity and follow-up
- Attend apartment association events, networking functions, and industry trade shows
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within CRM systems
- Spend the majority of your workweek in the field driving between properties and meetings

Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
- Base Salary: $65,000
- On-Target Earnings: $75,000–$100,000+ in Year One
- Uncapped commission opportunities
