We are growing and looking for an experienced, natural leader to step into our Part-Time Lead Cleaning Technician role — someone who already cleans at a high level and is ready to train new team members, hold our standards, and be the person clients trust in their home.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead cleaning jobs from start to finish, ensuring every home meets company standards
● Train and mentor new cleaning technicians on our checklist and process
● Perform quality checks and final walk-throughs before leaving each client's home
● Manage inventory, clean equipment, and refill products as needed
● Ensure the company car is cleaned and refueled upon return to the office
● Manage keys or lockbox codes when needed
● Ensure all team members clock in/out and complete notes in the scheduling app
● Collect checks from clients
● Communicate with management on any issues that arise
● Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
● Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
● Provide friendly, professional service in clients' homes
● Use the scheduling app daily to track jobs and communicate with the office
● Distribute flyers when the 15-hour weekly minimum is not otherwise met

Requirements
● Two or more years of professional cleaning experience required
● Prior experience training, mentoring, or leading a team strongly preferred
● Must pass a background check and drug test
● Must have reliable transportation to and from the office each day, including a vehicle titled in your own name and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
● Must have a smartphone with a data plan to access our scheduling app
● Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
● Must be available Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM CDT, no nights or weekends
● Must be authorized to work in the US
