We’re seeking an experienced Construction Foreman or Crew Lead to oversee daily job site operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, is comfortable leading crews, and can coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects on schedule and on budget.

Compensation:
$27 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Supervise and lead field crews on commercial construction projects.

Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with the project manager and other trades to maintain workflow.

Track materials, equipment, and manpower needs.

Conduct safety meetings and enforce job site safety policies.

Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to management.
Qualifications:-
5+ years of experience in commercial construction (foreman or lead role preferred).

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
