About the Role
As our Clinical Case Manager and California Licensed Radiologic Technologist, you'll become the doctor's right hand.
You'll play a critical role in helping patients understand their health, feel confident about their care, and experience an exceptional journey from their first visit through lifelong wellness.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing digital radiographs (California Supervisor & Operator License required)
- Managing radiology workflow and image documentation within our EHR
- Assisting with posture analysis, nerve scans, metabolic assessments, orthopedic testing, and progress evaluations
- Preparing doctor-directed exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Supporting new patient consultations and Report of Findings appointments
- Educating patients on doctor-recommended care plans and answering questions about their care journey
- Helping patients confidently begin recommended care and supportive therapies
- Coordinating an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Working closely with our doctors and team to continually improve systems and patient outcomes
Qualifications
Required:
- California Radiologic Technologist Supervisor & Operator License
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and growth mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred:
- Chiropractic, rehabilitation, physical therapy, wellness, or healthcare experience
- Experience educating patients
- Sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- A passion for natural health and wellness
Extensive chiropractic or radiology experience is not required. We will train the right person.
Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000–80,000, based on experience and qualifications
- Monthly performance bonuses tied to care plan starts and overall practice performance
