Case Manager Registered Nurse - RN Summary:
- MUST have at least 1 year of RN experience as a Case Manager
- Tuesday - Saturday (Flexibility Preferred)
- Care Coordination & Discharge Planning
- Conduct Needs Assessments / Order DME
- Develop & manage Plan of Care
- Prior Authorizations & Admission Criteria review
- Utilization Review activities
- CMS / Medicare & Medicaid guidelines
- DRGs (Diagnosis-Related Groups)
- HIPAA compliance
- Current BLS certification
- Current RN License in the state of CA
