What You'll Do
-
Independently manage a caseload from assignment through resolution.

Develop case strategy and work directly with clients and insurance representatives.

Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other litigation-related filings.
-
Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and negotiations.

Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, discovery management, and exhibit organization.

Attend court appearances and hearings throughout California.
-
Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.
-
Maintain proactive communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
Qualifications
-
Active California Bar license and good standing.
-
5-15 years of civil litigation experience.
-
Ability to independently manage litigation files and deadlines.

Strong deposition, discovery, motion practice, and case management skills.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
-
Strong organizational skills and sound professional judgment.
-
Trial preparation and courtroom experience preferred.
