As a Store Manager, you'll oversee the performance of the retail store which include:

Manage daily retail operations including inventory and loss prevention, staff scheduling and cash control

Promote sales and suggest new products

Ensure team members provide exceptional service and complete assigned duties

Interview, hire, mentor and educate associates

Keep a clean and safe work environment
What you need:

Successful experience in retail sales

Experience from other convenient/retail stores is a plus
