The primary focus of this role is to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the building and grounds at Forerunner.
This is a non-traveling position, day-to-day will be located at Forerunner Headquarters in a shop and office environment.
General Maintenance Worker responsibilities include:
- Office/building cleaning
- Equipment cleaning and detailing
- Grounds maintenance
- Building and property maintenance/basic repairs
- Painting
- Assisting with construction projects
Job requirements:
- Ability to operate commercial mowers, small engine equipment, and hand tools
- Experience doing property or grounds maintenance
- Positive and professional attitude
- Professional appearance
- Responsible and reliable
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods

Qualifications:

Expected Hours:
- Full-time hourly
- 40 hours per week
- 8-hour shifts, M-F (occasional weekends)
Schedule:
