Responsibilities
- Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for both bar and restaurant guests
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner—taking orders, serving drinks and food
- Anticipate guests’ needs, make personalized recommendations, and deliver an exceptional experience every time
- Mix, shake, and garnish cocktails with creativity and consistency
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, replenishing inventory and supplies as needed
- Stay guest-focused, delivering outstanding hospitality in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards
Skills
- Previous bartending experience with a proven track record of success in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and beverage presentation
- Tech/computer literacy for managing orders and point-of-sale systems
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to keep the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly under pressure
- Relevant certifications in bartending (such as RAMP), food handling, or alcohol service are a plus
