Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Poca, WV. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, managing project budgets, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing progress reports to the executive team. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Candidate will be provided a company vehicle and gas.
Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepares and completes action plans.
- Implements production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements, and implements change.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two to three years’ experience as Project Manager
- 5 years construction experience
- Must posses strong work ethic
- Proficient with spreadsheet software and project management software
- Project Management skills
- Inspection and Logistics Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Experience in managing teams and project budgets
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in the project management field

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
